Hart's most notable performances are her character in the TV series Clarissa Explains it All (1991-1994) in addition to the live-action adaptation of Sabrina the Teenage Witch (1996) from 1996 to 2003. Hart's work has been a mix between film and television, including her appearances in the famous television series Law and Order and That '70s Show. Hart was first seen in Melissa & Joey, an ABC Family TV series. Hart is tied to Mark Wilkerson, a musician. They have two children together.
